Welcome to our Elite Winter Training program! As you prepare for the Spring 2026 soccer season and upcoming tryouts, this 10-session winter development program is designed to help you get back on track, bridge the gap between fall and spring, and elevate your performance. Training focuses on technical mastery, tactical awareness, conditioning, and maintaining off-season momentum.

Ages: Boys and Girls U8-U19 (birth years 2019-2007)

Dates: December 9 - January 22
*No practices the week of 12/22 & 12/29

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Time: 6:30pm-8pm

Cost: $275 for 10 sessions

• Cleats or turf shoes
• Shinguards
• Water Bottle
• Appropriate weather gear
